What should I bring to my appointment?

Should I wash my skin before coming?
For facials or waxing, arrive with clean skin and no makeup. For other services, your therapist will guide you on preparation during booking.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to check in, relax, and complete any brief consultation if required.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing and avoid anything that might get stained during color or treatment services.
What if I have allergies or sensitive skin?
Please inform your stylist or therapist beforehand, and we will adjust the products or perform a patch test to ensure your comfort and safety.
CANCELLATION POLICY
When can I cancel without paying a fee?
You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment with no charge.
What if I cancel late?
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a 50% service fee.
What happens if I don’t show up?
No-shows will be charged the full service amount and may require a deposit for future bookings.
LATE ARRIVALS
What if I’m running late?
If you’re up to 10 minutes late, we’ll try to accommodate you, though your service may be shortened.
What if I’m more than 15 minutes late?
Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may require rescheduling and could be treated as a late cancellation.

All tools are thoroughly sanitized between every client using hospital-grade disinfectants, and single-use items are always fresh.
